Here is a floor plan so that folks can orient themselves inside the house. On our lot the Screen Porch and Dining Room are facing South. The Library/Study and Second Bedroom face North.
The Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom face East. The Living Room and Entry face West.
Mr. Brown, I hope you've dodged Ida; she seemed to be pretty calm when hitting the coast. I live in North GA and we're going to get alot of rain from the storm.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE this home, and my husband and I are considering this plan when he retires from the Marine Corps in a few years. We have an acre of land to build on, but we are curious as to how much we will need to save to have this home built. Any info you could provide would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
